Bidfood Oman, in collaboration with Bridor, proudly hosted a remarkable Bridor Baking Workshop in Muscat at Amoun Café, Mövenpick Hotel. The event brought together over 40 chefs, F&B professionals, and hospitality leaders for an engaging afternoon of live baking, product education, and culinary networking.
Led by Chef Nicolas Postele, Corporate Chef for Bridor Middle East, the workshop showcased the craftsmanship, innovation, and heritage that define Bridor’s approach to French baking. Guests experienced live demonstrations and tastings of Bridor’s newest creations, including the vibrant ARTY pastry range, Pistachio Filled Croissant, Vegan Croissant, Chocolate Bread Roll, and several other premium bakery innovations.
We were also honoured to welcome representatives from the French Embassy — Mrs. Sophie Villeret, Cultural Attachée, and Mr. Sébastien Lafragette, Director of the French Omani Centre — whose presence added tremendous value and reinforced the strong cultural connection between France and Oman through gastronomy.
The workshop provided an excellent platform for many new customers to discover Bridor’s unique story, understand its global reputation for excellence, and explore how these ready-to-bake solutions can enhance operational efficiency and elevate menus across Oman’s hospitality sector.
This event reflects Bidfood Oman’s commitment to supporting the culinary community with premium international brands, meaningful industry experiences, and innovative foodservice solutions that continue to inspire chefs and redefine quality across the market.
