Bidfood Oman hosted an exclusive Bridor Baking Workshop featuring Chef Nicolas Postolle, the Corporate Chef of Bridor Middle East. This intimate event, with 25-30 attendees, included a select group of top chefs, pastry chefs, and decision-makers from leading hotels and restaurants. The hands-on workshop guided guests through the art of crafting exceptional bakery items while giving them the opportunity to taste a wide variety of Bridor’s finest products. Showcasing an array of Viennese pastries, gourmet breads, and introducing the new Panidor, the event highlighted the quality and innovation behind Bridor's offerings. In addition to Bridor’s exceptional offerings, we also featured Sweet Street cakes, Anchor, and Emborg cream cheese, allowing guests to enjoy a broader tasting experience. The event was a wonderful opportunity for networking and sharing insights into the art of fine baking and providing our guests with a delightful and comprehensive tasting experience. Bidfood staff, alongside chefs, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers, made this event a collaborative and engaging culinary journey.
