"What shoul AI eat?, was a special event organize by the OCmmercial & Cultural Affairs in Dubai at MIT Senseable City Lab in collaboraiton with Dubai Future Foundation on the occasion of the Italian Cuisine Week. Bidfood in the UA were the main sponsors of coffee representing none other than ily Coffee, offering attendees velvety espressos, illy crema, & the all new illy cold brew! Throughout the event,  guests enjoyed a unique Italian menu crafted by Michelin Star Chef Cristina Bowerman and the Italian renowned Chef Luca Crostelli. 

The event addressed the role of data and technology in cities of the futre, with special focus on food consumption, it's impact on the environment, and the role of AI in the future of food security and sustainability.
