The menu comprised of 4 dishes, all incorporating Silent Valley Wagyu in a unique way that complements the whole dish. Making it a special, unforgettable experience.

One of many things that makes Silent Valley Wagyu unique, is that their cattle are reared without the use of growth stimulants or routine antibiotics, all beef products are fully traceable back to source via DNA, HACCP &amp; ISO22000 accredited, and Halal certified.
